Ultra-high-pressure hoses

If you work with water jet cutting equipment, water blast cleaning, bolt tensioning, offshore and other ultra-high pressure (10,000 to 58,000 psi) requirements, we can help.

We are one of a very small number of specialist certified distributors of Parker Hannifin's world-leading Polyflex UHP thermoplastic hoses.

​All hoses are ended with suitable fittings to meet your requirements, carried out by our specialist certified technicians and every hose is fully cycle pressure tested to 1.5x working pressure in our state-of-the-art fully automated test rig.  A pressure trace is logged for each hose with full traceability through into operational service.

Ultra-high-pressure valves

We manufacture ultra-high-pressure Ermeto/Alenco valves for demanding and severe service applications, from 3500 psi up to 10,000 psi, under our JLS brand.

Sectors served include defence, power generation, chemical processing,and  oil/gas.

We can provide direct specified replacements, and refurbishments for valves dating back to the 1950’s, as well as new configurations for current applications, with over 12,000 drawings in our database.

Renowned for their long life and reliability, the high integrity, complete sealing of our shut off valves has been proven over decades of operating experience. The ease of operation of the balanced shut off type and the exceptionally fine flow adjustment possible using our control valves are distinct features of our range.
